Summer is looking fine…
The sunshine is finally starting to come out in Leeds, after a super cold May (thanks climate change), and it’s making me look forward to all the summer gigs SO much. So here’s a lil summary of where I’m at this year:
First, I am delighted to be returning to Buckets of Love at their 4th Annual Fundraiser! The event takes place Sunday 16th July 2023 from 1pm, with the venue to be confirmed, but somewhere in London for sure. I'm proper looking forward to being a part of this cause to raise money to build a well in India, supporting PAV4N of Foreign Beggars fame, alongside many others. Last time I played it was an in-and-out job, but this time I’ll be hanging around for the whole day - come say hello and donate if you can. (Also, last time the organiser very kindly got me some jewellery that I still wear to this day - hoping for another smash hit pls Rose)

Next, I'm super stoked to be playing Liquicity Festival 2023 in its home country of the Netherlands. Last year I had the pleasure of playing at their Springfestival (large up Kyrist, Red Lebanon, Fred V, Low:r and Veronika for making that day one to remember), so I’m delighted to be playing the festival proper. Catch me rolling out some super fun liquid on Sunday 23rd July, and inevitably having a knees up in the crowd (look out for a blue buzzcut).

That's not all though - I'll also be playing at the Hospitality Weekend in the Woods, where I'll be going b2b with Vektah and Hugh Hardie (ooof). Visionobi and Zara Kershaw will be hosting too, so it should be a good one with the Soulvent family, as ever. I played last in 2021 - missledz and I made masks of In:Most to support them opening the Soulvent stage on Sunday. I hope more than anything else that the favour is returned. (hintedy hint)
Last but not least, I'm hyped to be heading to Italy in September for Sun and Bass. I won’t be playing, but I last went in 2014, so it’s well overdue I attend the best dnb festival in Europe. I can’t wait to catch up with all the S&B alumni and soak up the beauty of Italy, but the trip there is going to be fun as well - I’m getting the train (and ferry) from the UK, stopping off in Paris en route. Mostly for sustainable reasons, but also I’ve never seen Paris, so should be a good un; keep an eye out for a lil vlog on that.
